About You
The EY Leadership Academy was genuine a really enjoyable experience. Great people, great staff, good fun, good food, and some pretty useful life skills that i'll never forget.
I felt like a valued member of a team and got to know the EY handlers very well by the end of the insight
All the time. If I ever had a question or needed help it was always at hand, and we were always taking part in activities or workshops.
Massively. Not so much in my degree, but in the outside world, 100%.
The Company
Very well, I couldn't really suggest any improvements on it.
Fun and genuinely insightful.
Hugely. They did not expect anything from us in return, and clearly spent a great deal giving us a wonderful experience.
To an extent, although what we were doing was more about us than about learning about EY. The EY staff were brilliant though and clearly enjoyed working there.
Very much so. The culture of the firm was evident through the investment they put into us and the staff they produced.
The insight helped me realise that EY was the kind of place I wanted to work and that I would genuinely enjoy management consultancy.
Everything Else
I was compensated for all travel expenses, food and accommodation were provided.
Yes, on several occasions we were able to meet with and chat to employee ranging from recent graduates to partners.
As the event was not held at EY's offices, the networking opportunities were limited, however, EY made an effort to make sure we were able to meet at least a few employees from various departments.
Yes, through talking mainly to our EY handlers it was clear that there were plenty of opportunities on offer.
100%.
