The Role
Great fun, real work and responsibility, learnt a lot and got paid well!
Interns and other graduates all really friendly and helpful. Majority of people very approachable
Great support from Line manager. Little more help from senior geologist wuold have been helpful.
Great balance of working hours. Only in the last week did I run out of things to do.
Contributed to actual opperational decisions, inputted on team meetings and deicsions
Formal software and presentation skills training with regular optional learning opportunities.
The Company
Generally very friendly and approachable
Overall internship program well set up but individual projects vary from team to team.
Training on software and presentation skills by external companies offered.

The Culture
Around 50 interns on our site. Regular trips, events, nights out organised amongst ourselves.
London or outer-London is not cheap!
Not much in immediate vicinity of our site but central London only 25mins on train/tube.
lots of sports clubs and teams.
