The Role
Interesting. Good work/life balance
Very welcoming office
I had a manager I talked to several times a day and senior people around me to whom I could ask questions.
A few dull moments, but mostly busy whilst at work but home on time.
I was trusted to develop and test the program I was writing, and it is now going to be used by the company.
I learned to program in VB.Net, I learned general office skills, such as keeping track of tasks, reporting to my manager etc.
The Company
Relaxed but got on with the work. Employees are generally interested in what theyre doing.
Very well organised
I had a one-on-one manager to help me whenever i needed it.
