The Role
There was not enough work for me to do to get the feel of actually working at the comapny.
There was not enough work coming in for my team to pass any on to me.
There was not enough work coming in for my team to pass any on to me.
As I am now studying a Masters in Real Estate I really feel like just being at Savills has given me the groundwork for my studies.
The Company
The people in the office were very social and it was a nice atmosphere to work in.
It was well organised in terms of work and feedback, but it might have been nice to have some more interaction with other interns as the setup of the office can isolate you if you are new.
We had talks about other areas within the company and plenty of insight into how Savills works.
I would like to work at savills in the future as even though I was not given that much responsibility I feel a permanent place will be different in terms of workload and much more rewarding.
The Culture
The social side was good. I went out with my team for lunch and occasionally met up with the other interns too.
Savills office is in an expensive part of London!
Central London! need I say more? but again, quite expensive.
