    • i felt like I had some responsibility rather than just making tea

    • people were welcoming and appreciative of my work

    • managers explained things well and offered help when it was needed, however, one of my managers was not good and just got frustrated when I asked him questions

    • sometimes i had too much, but in general, it was a fairly good balance

    • I was not in the office for many days so didn't really get a chance to meet many others
