The Role
i felt like I had some responsibility rather than just making tea
people were welcoming and appreciative of my work
managers explained things well and offered help when it was needed, however, one of my managers was not good and just got frustrated when I asked him questions
sometimes i had too much, but in general, it was a fairly good balance
enough to make me feel like i was actually making an input
it's not hugely relevant to my degree
The Company
Friendly and welcoming in general, but not hugely exciting
Fairly well, everything was communicated by email
not much
I don't think it is for me
The Culture
I was not in the office for many days so didn't really get a chance to meet many others
I lived in my uni house
Manchester has a good nightlife
Not really
