The Role
I had a really good experience. During the 9 weeks you learn every day from the rest of the team and the organization
Internships in DB are taken really seriously and the top managers are open to chat with you about opportunities and career development in the bank
Really good training program and strong support from my buddy, mentor, HHRR, manager and the team as a whole
There is nothing worst than not doing anything during some hours and if you are willing to help this would not happen to you in an internship in DB. No facetime!
You will collaborate in many projects taking a lot of responsibilities but at the same time they will teach you how to do everything and you will receive a strong support from the team
Today I feel much more prepare in my finance courses as you will learn many things that are not teach in university
The Company
Really friendly atmosphere
The Graduate Recruitment Team organises many events and strong support platform that will helped me a lot during the internship
The first week is for training and then you will receive other specific training courses
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The offer does not depend on the rest of the interns
The Culture
I made really good friends
The city of London is very expensive but there are always some really good cheap places around
