As an intern, especially within the Markets division, they legally cannot really give you any responsibility.
Great experience
The Company
Energy of trading floor was great, even during a 'quiet' summer period.
Graduate Recruitment team were very organised, and the teams I joined has plenty ready for me.
Classroom and on the job training, as well as skills sessions, mentoring, buddy schemes, talks with senior members of staff, the list goes on...

The Culture
All were social and friendly.
London is obviously an expensive area to live and socialise, but just have to go to the right places.
Went to a numerous nice bars organised by HR.
Socialising with interns, as well as charity days etc.
