  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Amazing few days learning more about ourselves and about the company. EY couldn't have been more helpful, and I gained so much from this experience.

    • You really felt like EY cared about you as a person. They invest in the Leadership Programme with no promise from us to give anything to them in return, so it really all is for our benefit.

    • Given talks, team tasks, feedback, personality tests.... All helping us to develop as a leader.

    • The few days were more based on developing us as a person, as opposed to giving us an insight into EY. Nevertheless you could ask lots of questions to the employees there, and you got a general feel for the firm.
