The Role
Arup is a great place to work in.
All the colleagues are very friendly and approachable.
They gave me lots of guidance and they were willing to answer all my questions.
I don't think I faced time risk during internship.
More than I thought

I enjoyed the working environment a lot. I felt comfortable to speak with other colleagues, even in different department.
I felt I made progress on every week by taking new tasks.
I wasn't involved in personal training and development program, but I had several CPD talks.

The Culture
Yes, colleagues have lots of communications after work.
The living fee in Sheffield is lower than most of other cities in UK. My accommodation is very close to office , and it saved me transportation cost.
