The Role
It took about two weeks for me to get into the role, but as a gained the trust of the Managers i gained more responsibility and faced stimulating challenges on a daily basis.
As i gained more responsibility i became a valued member of the Commercial Team
All managers and directors were very supportive
Most of the time i was very busy, however there were occasional days with not much to do, but this was for the whole department
As i gained trust of the managers i was given many important jobs to look after
Market research training and business frameworks were able to be applied more
The Company
Very friendly, fairly informal but serious at times
The placement scheme is split into two roles, this is a great opportunity to expand on a wide range of skill bases.
Many training sessions, with both internal and external trainers
Company Parties/Events
There are many opportunities in different functional areas, many to do with Food and Business backgrounds
The Culture
They were all very friendly but we didn't interact outside of work
Fairly cheap
Not bad, i lived in the area prior to starting the placement
Many e.g. football teams, quiz evenings etc
