The Role
The people were all so welcoming and I didn't feel as though I was on an internship, I felt like part of the team.
I felt extremely valued. They often gave very positive feedback that made me feel very welcomed into the firm.
The support is great. I was given a buddy who I could ask all kinds of questions. But also everyone was supportive, all keen to help me out and guide me in the right direction.
I felt like I was doing a decent amount of work - but I didn't feel stressed about it, I felt that I was actually being useful and actually being a proper member of the team.
It is hard to be given responsibility given the nature of work, however when it was noticed I was able to do certain tasks to a good enough standard, then I was left more to my own. The longer I was there the more responsibility I had. It was a good level of responsibility.
I learnt that hard work, consistency and determination get the absolute best results. This can be applied to everything I now do.
The Company
The office had a nice and relaxed atmosphere. I was rarely in the office but each location I was placed again had a fun but focused vibe.
It was very organised. I wasn't just told to follow others. I was given my own tasks and aims. And had regular meetings to discuss progress.
The firm invested a lot in me. The effort with all interns was great. The first insight day was usefully and then a residential training course really helped out with presentation skills which are vital for the job but are also so useful for my final year of university and later life.

I loved the internship and can't wait to start work with them in September 2015.
The Culture
I was the only intern of the Norwich firm but I got on very well with the team and there was a nice social side linked to the job.
Norwich is a relatively cheap location to live in which is great as it is also a lovely place to live.
As a current student, I love the nightlife here in Norwich!
There are lots of sporting opportunities! Which I love.
