The Role
I enjoyed the work, culture and the people. Also the many networking opportunities offered throughout the internship.
At very point throughout the internship I felt valued, even by senior colleagues
My manager was very helpful, as we has week catch-ups and daily ones where possible. My manager was always approachable and willing to help, as where my team.
At first I was eased into the work, as time went on and my manager knew I could handle the work I was given more work.
I was given as much responsibility as I could handle, I was able to manage my own work and i was responsible for the delivery of this.
I learnt many skills, that will help me in my future career, from division specific to people skills.
The Company
Everyone in the office was approachable and friendly, it was a nice place to walk into everyday.
I thought the recruitment team where well organised and had planned the internship activities very well.
There was constant training sessions relating to technology, an opportunity to learn something new.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Very, I gained position on the graduate scheme.
The Culture
The where one or two networking events for the interns each week. An opportunity to meet new interns and full time employees.
It was not cheap but it was affordable.
Many places to go out to.
