The Role
The work was very valuable and the internship is vet well structured to allow the interns to gain as much as possible. However the placement in my function I was given did not really suit my preferences or skill set.
My line manager and extended team were amazing! They treated me as an equal and they were very welcoming and helpful.
I cannot fault my line manager, she was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable in my work.
Some days I was busy but other days I had nothing at all to do wen after asking for work.
I was given the perfect amount of responsibility - not too much and not too little.
I am going to be on the grad scheme so I will use what I have learned.
The Company
My office was quite quiet and at times felt stifling.
Apart from the delay of the housing payment everything was perfect. The group activities were fantastic.
We were given pre-learning that was useful and the training was also very useful.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I was offered a place on the head scheme!
The Culture
It felt quite forced and people felt like they were being assessed at social events - except the final one!
London is obviously expensive!
London is great for nightlife especially because I have lived here for many years so I know where to go - I'm not sure what the others who were new here thought though.
Not many opportunities that I found...
