The Role
It was not what I was told it would be.
I worked alone, and I often worked externally from my team. On may occasions I felt placement students where not valued.
my manager was not helpful, and when he did he did not have time often rushing
Had very little work, when I asked for more work I was often given admin roles
I was highly restricted, as I was not able to do anything that really added value
I was able to do ITIL, but the was not easy to get on to despite in the interview I was told I would be able to do it.
The Company
The office was quite, and people often kept to people they knew
Thing changed at various stages because there was no real structure
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
In my interview i was told that I would get fast track to the graduate process, but they changed the process to we are in the same place a external applicants. They only have space for less than 10% of the technology placement students.
The Culture
No, there was a community run by placement students but wasn't consistent. There was nothing by the comany
Nothing in the area.
