The Role
Barclays is a great company as an intern. The program gives a great exposure and overview of the business.
All the business representatives are there to make you learn as much as possible.
Clear objectives given at the beginning of the internship ans support on a daily basis by all the business rep.
Fair balance between projects and shadowing people.
Little responsibilities for clients but some interesting parts internally.
Great exposure to financial markets and the trading floor environment.
The Company
Professional but friendly and supportive.
Meetings planned on a daily basis. Exposure to senior representatives around dinner and breakfast. Presentations organized in front of senior management.
Barclays invests a lot of time and resources to train juniors and integrate them as soon as possible in daily activities.
