The Role
Really enjoyable, lovely team. Lots of opportunities to meet other areas of the bank!
Really valued by the team. Given responsibility early on and this continued throughout the weeks.
You are assigned a buddy, mentor and line manager. This was great because you had someone from a junior level in your team you could speak to, your line manager who you could go to for more formal things, and mentor outside your division.
Some days more busy than others. Once they recognise you are good at something your workload increases!
Lots of responsibility, but you have to work hard to show that you are a safe pair of hands!
The internship has been really valuable to me. You learn a lot about your strengths and weaknesses.
The Company
The team went on a dinner and night out, and weekly pub visits was always fun!
Really organised. It became more organised as the internship went along!
People always gave you time and answered your questions. They set up FX Bootcamp Training sessions too.
Company Parties/Events
Got the job offer!
The Culture
The other interns made the internship really enjoyable!
Expensive but what can you expect, its London!
Busy pubs in Canary Wharf after works.
Yes, lots of networking events and nights out organised.
