The Role
A fantastic learning opportunity with real responsibility.
The Teeofftimes and Golfbreaks teams are extremely close and very personal.
Management was on a very personable level, very praising in success and encouraging in some failures. The management were interested in my personal development inside and outside of management.
Tour Operators are in a seasonal business however, in the quieter periods we were given other tasks.
I had significant responsibility in my internship, far more than I anticipated. This is a definite advantage of working for an SME, and it contributes to an atmosphere in which you really learn.
I feel I am a very more capable individual after my internship, there is a real dedicated atmosphere at Golfbreaks and you become fully integrated into target strategies. The close exposure to people higher in the company hierarchy and a real sense of responsibility offers a great learning environment, which increases in involvement as the internship progresses, I would recommend Golfbreaks to everyone.
The Company
Extremely Vibrant and very results orientated
Although we weren't given formal qualification chances, the learning environment I have described was so valuable.
Sports and Social Club
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
If you show potential at Golfbreaks with 12 months hard work and signs of talent they will express their interest in you.
The Culture
The company culture outside of the office at Golfbreaks was phenomenal
Windsor is one of the most beautiful places in the UK, 19 minutes by train into central London it is a fantastic location.
Very up market, classy.
