The Role
I did enjoy it. Tasks are challenging. The atmosphere is cool, people are helpful and very respectful. The program was very well organised and every thing was crystal clear.
Colleagues were very respectful and helpful even when they were busy.
I believe we need to ask for help / feedback when we need it. But when I did, I always got it.
Busy, but tasks were flexible. If I get too busy, I let my manager know and he can adjust the tasks to make them easier.
I gave trade ideas and some of them were actually taken. In that sense, I believe I had responsibilites.
A great personal experience that helped me to know more about my weaknesses and strengthes. I developed communication skills that are helping me in my studies as well
The Company
Trading is stressful but people were cool and it is possible to manage your emotions and be productive
The organisation was great. Emails are sent on a regular basis to let us know about the upcoming events
A lot of conferences, a lot of actors coming to help us develop our interpersonal skills. A lot of workshops as well
