  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • Enjoyed it a lot. Met a lot of clever people, made a lot of friends.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?

    • Was given small bits of work now and then by buddy. Generally though no one gave me work, even though I was proactively looking for tasks everyday. This became risky as it made it appear that I wasnt doing anything.

    • Support from mentor was good.

    • Hardly ever busy.

    • I learnt how to get along with all manners of people and ultimately figured out just how important networking is.

    • Not very social. Spent most lunches and evenings with other interns.

    • Very well organised from HR. Team however didnt have much work to give.

    • Most interns spent a lot time doing excel training on intranet.
