The Role
I enjoyed it
I felt fairly valued
The support and guidance was first class
Varied. Sometimes I was busy. Other days I had nothing to do.
Again it varied between managers. I felt I could have been given more at times but I appreciate that is hard when interns lack the necessary skills to complete certain tasks.
Hopefully it will give me a head start on the graduate scheme.
The Company
Welcoming and friendly
Very well. Never had an issue.
They didn't really but they will when I start the graduate scheme.
Company Parties/Events
Appealing.
The Culture
Yes. I attended three after work socials in six weeks and I am still in contact with fellow interns now, months after we finished.
I lived at home and the socials were paid for.
Non-existent.
Yes.
