The Role
Great department, great team and line manager - very supportive and helpful
Was very busy a lot of the time, managing multiple tasks at once
Managed 3-4 workstreams independently
Time-management, efficiency, team working skills all gained
The Company
Relaxed and friendly but generally quite busy
Very organised - a series of talks, workshops and a practice assessment day were all organsied
Considerable - felt constantly challenged and encouraged to develop myself. Gain skills in holding and managing meetings, conferences and developing interpersonal skills
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Very - it's a structured programme with room for progression and a development of skills
The Culture
Yes - many social events organised for and by interns and fast streamers throughout the week and at the end of the programme
Fairly expensive given it was in Central London
Didn't experience the nightlight
Social events organised, get togethers, pub events and fundraising events were all organised and open to all interns
