The Role
Very enjoyable, the people I was working with were fantastic and very welcoming. The work was interesting and the development activities organised were very valuable.
Felt extremely valued, I was given a lot of responsibility from day one.
My manager was always there to answer any question I had and to offer support and advice.
I felt I could have been stretched more and I could have given much more to the department, but the quantity of work they could give me was limited.
I was given a lot of responsibility from day one, I was doing work that was to be judged by senior directors.
The skills I developed are very transferable and will help me in whatever field I decide to go into.

Very well organised, the development activities were well timed and the internship was designed well so I could get the maximum from the experience.
I felt that there was a lot of investment in me and in my development, my manager devoted a significant amount of time to make sure that I was doing work that was helping me improve.
