The Role
The atmosphere was encouraging, fun and inclusive.
I get on with my team really well, as able to socialise with them outside work and they were very appreciative of the work that I completed.
If I ever had any problems either my graduate mentor or supervisor were always very willing to help me out.
I was very busy for the vast majority of the time after my first week.
In comparison to other internships JLL gave me a lot of responsibility to independently complete tasks.
The team took time to teach me how to use invaluable programmes such as Argus investor.
The Company
I was lucky to be in a fun team who were light hearted and entertaining. This meant I loved the atmosphere in the office and I fitted in well.
Very well, felt of value.
Learnt a lot from the presentation skills day which was ran for the interns. The presentation improved my ability to speak comfortably and work in a team.
Subsidised Canteen
Hopefully I presented myself well and it has helped my application for the 2015 graduate programme. Would be nice if they could offer jobs off the internship.
The Culture
I was encouraged to go for drinks after work and my graduate/ team invited me out for lunch.
Very expensive as offices in Piccadilly and living in London meant high rents
London has endless nightclubs on offer.
So much socialising is possible in the city.
