The Role
Very enjoyable, great feeling, great working atmosphere
Very, they checked in with me all the time, even after the placement finished.
Huge amount of support from the entire team. Enough guidance that it wasnt hard, but not too much that I didnt get to do any thinking. Perfect balance.
Very busy. Many projects constantly ongoing. I felt challenged and motivated.
I wasn't "running the show" but I wouldnt want to be just yet.
The Company
I say the "fun never stopped" as it is work, but it was a really great environment and I enjoyed myself.
Not a vast amount of organisation. I lot of slack and free opportunity to do anything. Which is very charming. I could be myself and make my own decisions about what to work on. I prefer it that way instead of one set plan that can't be diverted from.
I learnt lots of new skills
Company Parties/Events
Very, at the top of my list. It would take a lot to make me want to work elsewhere.
The Culture
Fairly good. Great work friendships within the office. Plenty of banter between colleges. Less so outside of work.
Fine. Working in the north as opposed to somewhere like London.
I wouldn't know. I guess its ok. I'm based here anyway.
Yes a few. Not "endless" but some nice after work drinks and group walks around hills
