The Role
I found it quite technical and somewhat repetitive.
Often I had long stretches without work, so I didn't feel particularly valued. They did make an effort to include me in social events though.
I had regular meetings with a work counsellor and a buddy.
Not very busy at all most of the time.
At times I was given greater responsibility but very rarely.
It didn't help with my degree but I think it prepared me well for the world of work.
The Company
Pleasant and friendly
It was very well organised.
They spent a lot of time trying to make sure we were enjoying the placement and organising social events.
It's a really great company but perhaps is the wrong industry for me personally
The Culture
Yes we regularly did things after work or at lunch
It was really expensive - the generous pay didn't end up stretching that far!
It was in London so great
We had a CSR day
