  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I found it quite technical and somewhat repetitive.

  • Often I had long stretches without work, so I didn't feel particularly valued. They did make an effort to include me in social events though.

  • I had regular meetings with a work counsellor and a buddy.

  • Not very busy at all most of the time.

  • At times I was given greater responsibility but very rarely.

  • It didn't help with my degree but I think it prepared me well for the world of work.

  • Pleasant and friendly

  • It was very well organised.

  • They spent a lot of time trying to make sure we were enjoying the placement and organising social events.

  • It's a really great company but perhaps is the wrong industry for me personally

  • Yes we regularly did things after work or at lunch

  • It was really expensive - the generous pay didn't end up stretching that far!
