    • Lot's of opportunites to get to know other people on the programme

    • Course was extremely valuable from a personal development point of view. Emphasis on the company was as minimal as realistically possible

    • Not really but this was not the point of the course. Although did have opportunity to speak to employees at different stages in their careers

    • This was talked about but again not the main purpose and difficult to really gauge this when not actually seeing the company work first hand

    • Learned about my own skills but emphasis not really on career path. Speaking to EY employees was helpful
