The Role
I really enjoyed my time working at JLL. Even though our team was very busy and I was working long hours, I looked forward to getting to work everyday. I was learning a lot and developing my skills enormously, as well as having a lot of fun.
I felt hugely valued my the team, and even though I was only an intern I felt included and appreciated.
Endless! As I was a non- cognate I didn't have much property knowledge, but they were so patient and kind and explained anything I asked.
I was very busy, but I enjoyed that. I could see that the rest of the team was snowed under, so was happy to be able to help ease their work load.
I felt like I had a huge amount of responsibility during my placement, and that I was trusted to complete the work I was given.
We had a really useful presentation skills training day which will always be useful, as well as the property knowledge that I also developed.
The Company
Friend and fun, yet professional.
Very well organised. We knew what we were doing and what was expected of us.
We had a lot of training and I felt that they were keen to help us as much as possible.
Company Parties/Events
I would love to go back to JLL and hope to be successful on their graduate programme.
The Culture
Yes, both organised by the company, and by ourselves.
It was central London, so to be expected. The company paid for a lot.
The offices are next to Soho, so there was a great nightlife.
Yes, although I wish I had taken a few more up.
