The Role
It was very rewarding, both professionally and socially. People at EY seem extraordinarily friendly.
I was given sufficient responsibility and client exposure to feel valued
We were each assigned careers counsellors and a 'buddy' to ensure we made the most of our placements. Our managers also helped us meet our objectives.
I was given sufficient responsibility to be busy.
I helped create and took ownership of client deliverables. I also had substantial client exposure.
I developed strong presentation and organisational skills.
The Company
It was the right mixture of social and professional. Everyone was very friendly.
It was organised to ensure I was on a project.
Over 3 years of investment and experience. That speaks volumes.
