About You
I did enjoy the insight day. It had a really positive atmosphere.
It was good. I have a rough idea
I could always find some current employees to talk with. A lot of support.
They gave advice which benefits the daily life as well. For example, on the board talk, a current employee told us we should pick up a sport because the endurance was extremely important in advanced careers. I do appreciate this kind of advice.
The Company
It was good. Unfortunately, they don't have any mock interview or mock assessment centre practices.
That's excellent. People are really friendly and optimistic. The senior employees wouldn't make me feel stressful.
I think it isn't applicable in the insight day.
It helped a lot. However, the screen is too small. I can hardly read anything at the back. I needed to concentrate on the talking.
That's good. The traders and the analysts were working in the our next door. So, I could see everything through the glass. We also past their middle office. It gave us a general view about the company's culture etc.
I will apply.
Everything Else
yes, up to 50 pounds reimbursed transportation fees.
yes. 3 new graduates.
That's perfects. I am considering to work in the middle office. Hence, it would be better if there are more people coming from middle office.
I didn't consider this question...
Yes.
