The Role
I really enjoyed my technology internship at JP Morgan. I got plenty of responsibility and plenty of enjoyable work to do.
I felt valued throughout my internship, and most of my colleagues treated me as a colleague opposed to an intern
Plenty of support was given by management at different levels of the company, even very high up managers found time to support me during the internship.
I always had work to do on the internship, but never felt overwhelmed or too busy.
The work I was doing was actually being used which was a great feeling.
I developed many techinal and soft skilsl thorughout my internship which will of great help in my fina lyear of study.
The Company
Everyone was really friendly, even when they were really busy. It was a nice atmosphere to work in.
I was amazed how organised it was, there was very little unorganised and that made the experience even better.
I learned a whole new programming language in my 10 weeks thanks to the time the company invested in me to do so.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
I got offered a graduate job at the end of the intership.
The Culture
It was fantastic, we had multiple night outs over the 10 weeks.
Really good, Glasgow is a really cheap and friendly place to live.
Fantasitc, there is very little Glasgow does not have.
I played in weekly football with people from work and there were plenty of other activities with the other interns.
