The Role
Loved it, met a lot of great people and had some great teams to work in.
Everyone was really friendly, always asked how I was doing.
My supervisor was available for chats however most meetings had to be prebooked.
Everyday I had a series of tasks to complete. Some days were less busy but I could ask if I wanted more work.
A lot more than I thought I would get, I felt like I was given nearly as much as those on the grad scheme.
I learnt a variety of skills that I will be applying in my final year.
The Company
There were always opportunities to meet up with other interns, we also had a couple of socials within the team.
I knew exactly what was supposed to happen and when. We were informed prior and everything went as planned from my perspective.
I think most of the training opportunities were aimed at grads however we were able to participate in lunch and learns.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Great, I got an offer which I accepted!
The Culture
Yeah everyone was really nice, I believe I have made a couple of friends for life! You just have to make time to socialize during lunch and after work.
I live in London so to me it was was great as I got to live with my parents! However I can see how it would be expensive for others.
I didn't really go out during the internship at night however I do know that it is good.
Many opportunities, you just have to make the time.
