The Role
It was a good experience
They really made an effort to get me involved
Support was there if needed
VERY busy, Big 4 style
I felt that I was given tasks that actually matter
Alow of the skills were life skills which I feel are much more important
The Company
Relaxed, friendly and organised
HR did a fantastic job in organising the internship
Training was given before hand. This varies from writing emails to networking.
A good employer, where you feel valued and are given a number of opportunities
The Culture
I had the best team. They were friendly and up for a laugh
I commuted so it was slightly expensive, EY base your salary on the internship not on your service line but where you are based,
The team organised meals and the interns organised a night out at the MailBox. There was a lot of socialising within the interns themselves. We even got money from HR to pay for our social. They really wine and dine you over the 6 weeks
Alot of socialising
