The Role
Did not attain much support in advice or guidance on career path. The work was repetitive and the 'real job' aspect shined through but there was no opportunity to see how this career path would lead you to become later.
Was valued by colleagues not so much by management.
Only given process notes.
Was running around often to find something to do.
Hardly any however as my placement progressed the responsibility increased.
Apart from communication skills. Nothing.
The Company
The team were talkative and we would have fun, often we would go out for meals.
My role had switched without notice. I was taught a role at the start of my placement, the next week i had a new role.
We had an induction even that was shoterned down.
Company Parties/Events
They have not recruited a finance grad in 6yrs plus.
The Culture
Yes there would always be something going on.
Was average.
Didnt go out.
