The Role
Really fun, working with senior colleagues in the business gave me a buzz. I always felt one of the team and was pleased to be given responsibility despite still being at university
really well, everyone was happy to have a chat, explain their job, they treated us as if we were the future of the firm
lots, everything was explained really well in simple steps, other team members were also on hand to ask questons too, I was never left on my own to do something I couldn't do
Not that busy on some days, I had an ongoing project that I dragged out a little just to fill in the time, whereas if it was a coursework I would have done it much fasterthe team gave you about half a days amount of ad hoc work every day
Not that much, all the work was basic ad hoc duties, nothing very challenging was given to me
really well, it was my first proper job so you learnt so much. there was a lot of IT developement and finance lectures which really helped out lots of project work that I did
The Company
really fun, everyone was really good friends, along with being chatty sociable approachable people. there were always people who i could talk too, for proper questions or more of a nice chat - everyone was welcomeing and nice
Really well, we were given a ongoing project to do, along with lots of much needed training early onregular reviews too really helped out too
Lots, there was so much IT and commercial based training that really helped There a big firm that can are happy to get people in to talk to a big group of you, however at times during the training it got a bit confusing so i needed to ask some questions to understand
Sports and Social Club
Really good, most of us got jobs and you learnt so much about the graduate role you were about to go in to
The Culture
all the graduates were consultancy so were outgoing chatty people -- loads of pub visits and football related banter/matches, and a group fantasy football league which i have played in.
London is expensive
Really good
There is a big graduate intake, which meant lots of social events and after work activites occuring which i could get involved with. there were clubs or more relaxed drinks nights, always something being planned
