The Role
The internship was challenging and pushed me to my limits but as a result, I feel like I have got a lot out of it so I thoroughly enjoyed it.
My colleagues always valued my opinions on all the projects and ensured that I always knew the background of the project I was working on.
I was given a lot of support and always felt as if I could ask any questions whenever I needed to.
I was very busy on a daily basis but this gave me the opportunity to learn a lot during this short period of time.
At the start I had to prove that I was responsible enough to handle important tasks but once I had done this, I was given a lot of responsibility very quickly.
The soft skills that I picked e.g. time management and also IT skills will be very helpful in the future.
The Company
The general atmosphere was work hard, play hard. Everyone was relaxed but committed to the work they had.
It was organised very well with additional educational sessions to learn about other areas of the company throughout the internship.
We were given training before the start of the internship, which allowed us to do the jobs required by our teams. In addition, my team gave us further training sessions so we were competent in handling all basic tasks to a high quality.

Very good as I have been offered a graduate position.
The Culture
All of the interns socialised on a regular basis during the internship.
Cost of living and socialising was quite expensive.
There was some nightlife where I worked but it was very close to other areas that had more bars and clubs.
We could volunteer for a day during the internship and attend any other social event that we wished to.
