The Role
I felt valued, inspired and I have learnt and developed a variety of skills.
I felt extremely valued by my colleagues. They have asked for my opinion and input on various aspects of the work.
My manager has given me a lot of his time to explain the functions and responsibilities of my team. Other members of my team has provided me with guidance and support throughout my whole internship.
I was given a range of responsibilities and projects which focused on various aspects of the work of my team. There were also lots of events organised by the recruitment team such as guest speaker talks, presentations and networking opportunities.
I was given a lot of responsibility for my level of experience.
This placement has helped me become efficient, organised and focused on my work.
The Company
The atmosphere was friendly, work-focused and comfortable for work.
The internship set up was very well organised in terms of structure, goals and development opportunities.
There were lots of opportunities for training, learning and personal development especially through networking and shadowing of other teams.
