The Role
It was interesting to work in a financial market place and to see what is trading on a daily basis and to understand a little bit energy markets
There was a good working environment. However I was surprised to notice that people work individually.
You really work autonomously and are not really guided. So if you want to learn something, it will be only by yourself if you are enough curious.
Unfortunately in my department I was not really busy as my tasks could be done in a few hours
Responsibility given to an intern, so not too much
Again it is the understanding of the financial and energy markets
The Company
Good environment in general, no pressure nor tensions at all
Very well organised with an induction program and many training sessions
Big investment - many training sessions with different speakers - many meetings
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Good opportunities
