The Role
I really enjoyed it!
Overall I felt valued and I was included in the team
I had a fantastic manager who gave me lots of support above and beyond their call of duty.
I was very busy throughout the whole time with my project or training or workshops.
I was treated as part of the team and attended all meetings that the rest of the team did.
I learned lots of new skills which will definitely be used throughout the rest of my time at university.
The Company
My office was busy but my colleagues were generally very approachable and relaxed.
Very organised! There was a good mix of intern workshops, talks from senior management.
I felt that I had a lot of opportunities to reach out for help when I needed. There was a lot of technical and personal development training provided.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare/Dental
I feel very comfortable with my future prospects.
The Culture
Yes, interns often socialised after work and I was invited to socialise with my team on a couple of occasions.
Being central London, rather expensive! (But the salary made up for it).
Being central London, there was a wide variety of options!
