  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I enjoyed my internship very much. The experience I have received during my internship will definitely help me moving forward.

  • My colleagues instantly treated me with respect and as a key member of the team while also offering me a helping hand when I didn't understand something.

  • I was given constant support and guidance from my manager and encouraged to ask as many questions as possible.

  • Very, but without being given an unreasonable amount of work.

  • Considering my limited knowledge of the energy market I was given a good level of responsibility. This allowed me to increase my knowledge without giving me to much to handle.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The skills I have developed will be very important moving forward. Being able to use my degree (Economics) in a practical way has been very rewarding.

  • The atmosphere in the office is great! People were very welcoming and willing to answer any questions I had.

  • The internship was very well organised and involved several "lunch and learns" with different business heads throughout the company. This gave me a greater understand of the company as a whole.

  • I participated in a formal presentation skills course which has been very helpful in improving my presentation skills.
