The Role
I absolutely loved the experience. Not only did I learn a lot but I also got the opportunity to contribute.
Amazing team spirit in the teams I worked with.
We had lots of catch-up meetings just to check up on me and my progress.
I think I got a good balance. Not too busy to be overwhelmed and not too free to be lazy.
A fair amount of responsibility. I was treated as a member of the team so people relied on me for things.
It's really been an amazing program. I have discovered so much about the world and myself. I honestly think the skills I developed are game and life changing.
The Company
It was OK. People can get really busy but they always try to make time for you so that's great.
I have not had a better internship in terms of organization.
We've had lots of different training ad information sessions.
Company Parties/Events
Fairly appealing.
The Culture
Yes. The bank use to organize lots of fun events to bring us (interns) together.
It was OK.
Evening drinks with colleagues... It was very cool.
Yes; there were quite a number of different clubs to get involved in.
