  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I participated in CITI's Scope programme. It was in my opinion the best insight week of those that I did.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • I felt very valued, HR really did their best to make sure that everyone got to work shadow the team that they were most interested in. I study outside of the UK and when my uni went to London to visit the investment banks I actually got to present the spring week at CITI for the group, which is something that I really appreciated.

    • It was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was unique in their own way, and we all had different backgrounds.

    • Can't emphasis this enough, CITI has a very global culture with people from all over the world. You could tell that during your internship.

    • As mentioned, I study outside of the UK and all my travelling costs were reimbursed.
