About You
I had a good overview of the various divisions, and liked the hands on activities like the trading game and the M&A simulation
Hospitality was good, however there felt like there was a barrier between employees there and the interns.
Overall was pretty ok, however job shadowing and presentations could have been allocated longer time spent
I definitely learnt new things and had a rough idea where I would want to start my career out. Skill sets were developed through the days of interaction and problem solving.
The Company
Overall ok
Like I mentioned, hospitality was good but there seemed to be a barrier between employees and interns
Just the lectures and hands on activities.
I would say the culture and work environment can definitely be known while spending almost a week at the bank.
I would say the culture and work environment can definitely be known while spending almost a week at the bank. Especially through the interactions with the employees during the networking sessions.
Lectures were good.
Everything Else
I was not paid or reimbursed.
Yes we had a general networking session and a casual social one over bowling
It was hard to gain personal attention during the events but overall I managed to speak to various people from various divisions for short periods of time
