The Role
Very much, it was a really great 8 weeks.
Everyone gives you a lot of responsibility and support, which is fab,
A lot, there was formal goal setting and frequent reviews of progress as well as the chance to raise concerns.
Quite busy, but always managed to finish by 5.30/6.
As much as a graduate trainee.
A lot, the workshops on developing business impact and practical skills on the job will definitely be useful for a future career in a related field.
The Company
Nice, people were chatty and all got on really well - plenty of doughnuts to go around too!
Very well - knew what/where to be every day.
A fair bit - a workshop at dedicated training grounds for two days (overnight stay) in High Wycombe which was great fun.

The Culture
Yes, we had frequent social events in our departments but also interns arranged events for the charity fundraiser
London and surrounding areas, so not the cheapest - but travel and accommodation for further away clients was covered.
London; though I don't go out so can't comment.
Yes, we had a fundraising challenge and our own business presentations to work on.
