About You
It was amazing from every aspect, the activities were very well planned, it was both informative and entertaining, I really cannot complain about anything at all.
All the participant were treated with respect, and I feel very valued, as if I was a super star.
A lot of, there were experts from different service line, tax and assurance to present, as well as industrial placement students sharing their experience with us.
Well , to be honest, I cannot say the skills or information that obtained from this experience can be a great help to my study, although I am doing a business course. However, I am sure this experience gave a better head start than others in my future career.
The Company
Extremely well structured, it was packed, entertaining, yet not exhausting.
It was very friendly and a lot of fun, the host did manage to ensure all the participants feel comfortable and enjoying themselves throughout the whole insight.
EY invested a lot in me, the host taught us some skills that I was not expecting at all, for example body language. Moreover, that group exercises were a great help for me to get through the assessment centre.
To a large extent, as there were not just only experts in each service line, EY also included placement student to share their experience with us, making sure that we have a full understanding what it would be like to work at EY on placement.
This insight opened my eyes, let me know how friendly EY is as a company.
Since I already got some idea in my mind, so I would say the content made me more sure about my decision.
Everything Else
EY pay for the transport, the hotel and the food.
Yes, but since we were not able to meet the senior staff of the firm, so I cannot really say that was networking.
There was a dinner allowing everyone to mingle with each other, the students and the employees of EY.
I know EY have got many networks, and occasionally some sports and charity events as well, then nothing more.
Definitely, it was fabulous, one of the best experience in my life.
