About You
I really enjoyed my experience.
I felt that we were very valued and our input in the event was appreciated.
I thought the support was excellent, with fantastic connection to graduates currently taking part in the program.
I feel that I developed my skills especially regarding interview technique
The Company
The structure was clear from the introduction and schedule was kept roughly on track.
I thought that the atmosphere was very open and positive.
They gave us a whole day of events and training exercises so I feel that the FCA invested a lot in us.
I think it gave you an excellent insight into what a role in the company would be like. I think that it would be very inclusive and that they would invest a lot in developing me as a professional and an individual.
I think that the availability of the graduates meant that I could inspect the culture of the FCA and ask the questions that were important to me.
I think that the case study session ad the interview techniques will be very valuable in the future.
Everything Else
To my knowledge I was not reimbursed for my expenses.
The lunch and the panel session meant that there was plenty of time to network.
I thought they were very positive.
This was not really discussed, however it was only a day and so time was very limited.
Absolutely.
