Thoroughly enjoyed it. You are given real tasks, projects and exposure to senior leadership giving you the motivation to really deliver the best results.
Extremely valued, they all treat you as a true team member.
I was given a mentor which has been very helpful and instrumental in the correct guidance to fully succeed.
Workload is of a high amount but what is great is the encouragement to network around the campus and understand different areas.
I was given a large amount of responsibility which made me feel very valued in my work.
Practical skills were certainly improved but the communication and teamwork was vital in learning how to approach group tasks and projects
