  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The 4 weeks insight/internship was very enjoyable, with lots of opportunities and incentive to meet diverse employees and to discover the department. Teams were usually very helpful and inclusive.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?

    • As it was a rotational program across different sector team, I was unevenly valued. Some teams offered lots of responsibilities, while others offered less work. All the teams were very available to teach new skills.

    • There was a tutor program. Overall, I was left very free of doing whatever I wanted.

    • As it lasted 4 weeks only, skills development was limited. I understood better my department's business.
