The Role
I enjoyed my internship very much, I met lots of really interesting, professional and passionate people. I learned tons of things and improved my personal skills. The internship was a really great experience.
I got on with my colleagues at once. They are a close-knit team and I managed to blend in nicely.
Support from management and supervisors was comprehensive, I felt valued and knew that I can always rely on my colleagues in case of particularly challenging situations.
I was quite busy, the pace was really fast and you have to get in line with the highest expectations of my colleagues and supervisors.
At first my responsibility was not that wide, but through the internship my colleagues and supervisors tended to entrust me with more responsibilities.
I believe the most valuable skills I obtained are general ability to work under pressure, to meet strict deadlines and get along with different people. I think these skills are essential for every professional and I will make use of them in my future life.
The Company
The atmosphere was friendly but challenging. I was expected to meet high standards of work, but my colleagues always tried to help me.
It was really well planned as I started with a 1-week training course after which I started working at my desk. I had an opportunity to work on live projects and gradually my supervisors gave me more challenging tasks to complete.
The company invests a lot of time and efforts in personal training and development of its employees. There are lots of training courses (both online and offline) that are aimed at developing our personal skills.
