The Role
I thoroughly enjoyed it and would be more than happy to do it again
I feel like any other member of the team and am left to get on with my own projects as any normal engineer would be.
The support was there when i asked for it as well as biweekly sessions to touch base and evaluate progress on any projects
Incredibly busy. I often stay late to finish of work but this is much more enjoyable than sitting there being bored.
The opportunities were there for as much responsibility as I wanted. I just had to ask. This lead to me managing projects and dealing with the customer
I learnt a lot of shills that i wouldn't have learnt at uni as well as helping me get a practical understanding of the theory previously taught.
The Company
Humorous with an air of professionalism
7/10 there were a few communications from HR that got lost but overall everything else was set up and waiting for my arrival.
I had on the job training for any practical skills i needed as well as being put through several online courses that the company has set up.

High
In the village itself it was quiet but being just a short hop from the city center there was a range of pubs and clubs to keep anyone happy
Yes there were lots of societies and even a lecture series that had events organised after work
