The Role
I enjoyed the challenge and I felt like i was given a good amount of responsibility for both my projects and my time.
It took a few months, but once I had settled in i found that most people acknowledged my contribution to the team and the business. People started coming to me for assistance in certain areas.
I was supported whenever i needed it, but I was given enough free reign and responsibility of my own projects
I ran my own projects so I made work for myself and managed my own time. Additional work was available if required.
More than enough, I did not feel like an intern.
Having a wider knowledge of the industry than purely the academics has made future design and improvement projects more customer focused.
The Company
Professional but friendly. Very busy.
